Registration for the ICSV29 Congress in July 2023 using the online procedure must be done before starting the procedure for the payment of the registration fee.

1. IIAV / CSM / CAS membership must be current at the time of payment.
2. Each registration fee entitles presentation of only one paper; additional presentations are each charged an extra paper fee of 100 EUR.
3. Please bear in mind that paper presentation will be included into the ICSV29 Scientific Programme and full papers - into Congress Proceedings ONLY if at least one registration fee per paper is received by the ICSV29 Secretariat before 31 May 2023
4. Students must have proof of their current student status in English.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who cancel on or before March 31, 2023 will be refunded 75% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be made after the conference.

  Delegates who cancel between April 1 and May 15 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees.

There will be no refund for any cancellation after May 15, 2023.

In case the Convention organization must cancel a visit, all monies will be refunded after the conference.

ICSV29 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a participant is unable to attend the Congress, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge.
Please advise the Congress Secretariat on full details of a substitute delegate in writing.
